About the role
As MEAL Manager you lead Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning across our portfolio — from theories of change and baselines through to midterm and endline evaluations. You will turn socio-economic data into decisions and continuous improvement while programmes are still live.
What you'll do
- Design MEAL frameworks, indicators and theories of change.
- Oversee baseline, midterm and endline studies and third-party monitoring.
- Build data-collection tools and dashboards with the Technology Services arm.
- Turn evidence into clear recommendations for programme teams and clients.
What you'll bring
- Degree in statistics, economics, development studies or related field.
- 5+ years leading MEAL for development or market-systems programmes.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative methods; data-visualisation fluency.
- Excellent reporting and stakeholder-communication skills.
